Muse #4

The inspiration card for Muse this week comes from the talented Therese Calvird at Lostinpaper … a zesty tongue tingling confection guaranteed to quench any creative thirst!  BTW check out Therese’s awesome ‘Creative Space’ here … spacious, open, airy and so beautifully organised … a serene haven!  Here’s Therese’s card …

I was inspired by the colours, white space and the shape of the lime slices in the drink …

The circles were die cut (Cricut Accent Essentials), coloured with Promarkers and then fixed one on top of the other at the bottom corner of the card to create a kind of vortex … and ’cause they’re only attached in one place, it’s created a dimensional image that moves when the card does … I quite like it!  The sentiment is from Kaisercraft, curved to fit round the outer circle, and the touch of twine was coloured using the same shades of Promarkers as the image.

Going visiting to see the delights the other players have created … hope to be back later with something else to share.  Thanks so much, as ever, for coming by … I really appreciate your visits and comments.  Anita 🙂

A delicious harmony of color, depth, dimension and movement! Anita this is really, REALLY fabulous! I’m going with the same comment as Kristie EEEEEKKKKKKKk !!! Getting a sentiment to bend and stay put before it hits the paper is not an easy task, but you got it down perfectly. Definitely going to see this one in the Winner’s Circle!

Love this. And yes, that’s another echo of Kristie’s “EEEEEKKKKKK” you hear! Love those nicely bendable clear stamps-yours is perfect. Love the dimension, and love all that nice white space. This is great! Bev

Oh. My. Word! This is fantabulous and I voted for it. I would have voted all 3 of my votes if I could have! I SO love this. And not a hairy circle in sight! lol! (It’s obviously worth while to use a Cricut instead of Nestabilities!)
