Today I have a card to share for CAS(E) this Sketch, where there’s the CASiest sketch ever by the amazing Lisa Arana, and for Less is More, where Chrissie and Jen have set the theme ‘Up in the Air’ …
The image is from Stampendous, stamped first on watercolour paper with Stazon. I coloured it, fussy cut the chick and balloon, added lots of Glossy Accents to the balloon to add shine and shape, and used an embossing tool on the reverse of the chick (against the palm of my hand) to make him round and fluffy, full and floating (up in the air)! The image was stamped again and matted, the balloon was attached flat and the chick went on with a pop dot, with the wings fixed flat … the close up photo shows the detail. The sentiment is from WPlus9.
I’m going to finish the weekend with some inspiration … checking out the other submissions at CTS and LIM … lovely! Thanks so much for coming by and for letting me know what you think … I really appreciate it. Anita
