CASology #34 (Bunny), Addicted to CAS #8 (Wings), Less is More #110 (OLC – Spots and Stripes)

Today I have a card to share for three challenges.  At CASology, the Cue Card is ‘Bunny’ and at Addicted to CAS, the Code Word is ‘Wings’,  chosen by Florence.  Until I’d almost finished this post, it was just going to be for the two … and then I realised it’d qualify also as a second entry to Less is More, where the theme is ‘Spots and Stripes’ on a one layer card.  Here’s my combined offering …

CASology 34, ATCAS 8, LIM 110

                    "Less is More"

This little guy’s cousin has made a couple of appearances already (remember the wild hare day and Rapunzel’s golden hare?), but this is the first time Monsieur Bunny (from Penny Black) has seen ink.  He’s coloured with Promarkers, stands on a WPlus9 sentiment and is accompanied by his buzzy friend Mademoiselle Bee (also WPlus9).  I finished with the jolly yellow twine tied across the top.  Here’s how he qualifies for the three challenges:

  • CASology … he’s a bunny!
  • ATCAS … there’s a bee, with wings!
  • LIM … he’s wearing a striped cravat, M’lle Bee is striped, her trail is all spotty and it’s one layer!

I’m so pleased we have another Frogger who’s joined us … a very warm welcome and thank you to Lauren at landsersoncraftydesigns … check out Lauren’s blog if you haven’t already met her … she does awesome work!

That’s it for now … I may be back with something a little later … maybe!  Thanks so much for coming by, I always appreciate your visits and comments … Anita 🙂

Anita, you are so creative!!! I love your sweet bunny and that adorable bee buzzing around is just as cute! So fun that you were able to get 3 challenges out of one card, but you are such an amazing paper crafter, it always seem to fall into place with your cards.

Another fabulous card that is going to have the judging panels clapping their hands with glee! Great composition – Mademoiselle Bee has captured the attention of Monsieur Bunny as she hovers overhead (his one ear perked…hmmm….what’s that I hear?). Your card really did make me smile!

By the way, did you sponge the background? If so, beautiful job!
