CASology #45 (Royal), Less is More #121 (Humour), Simon Says Stamp (Take a Picture), A Blog Named Hero #24 (Clean up Your Act)

My card this sunny Sunday afternoon started off for CASology, where the cue card is ‘Royal’ … then it got stretched a little into Less is More, where there’s a Recipe week, and Chrissie and Jen have chosen ‘Humour’ to get our little grey cells going … and then it grew to take in Simon Says Stamp‘s ‘Take a Picture’ … and lastly, I thought I’d play along for the first time with A Blog Named Hero‘s challenge ‘Clean Up Your Act’ (a CAS project) … phew … how did that happen?  Anyway, here it is …

1-CASology 45, LIM 121, SSS 22-5, ABNH 24

We'd love you to display our banner

Cinderella’s life transforming glass slipper (she became a princess didn’t she?) is a Penny Black stickeroo, trimmed out and mounted on pink glitter card inside a long polaroid frame.  The fun sentiment’s computer generated (Catharthis Espresso font) and the frame is popped up on dimensionals over a swiss dots embossed base.  The border was done by dragging a Promarker around the edges.

This is rather more pink and girlie than my usual cards, but sometimes a girl NEEDS pink and girlie amid a mass of scaffolding, stone, timber and DIRT!

I’m going for a blogwander, so I may see you there … thanks so much for popping in, your visits and comments are always a delight!  Anita 🙂

To paraphrase Geri, “winner, winner, chicken dinner”! Absolutely love this. I always wanted to be pink and girly, but it doesn’t fit with me…I’m still more of the tomboy sort! Your card is dreamy cute, with a touch of sass! I’ll admit I love shoes, but since I’ve retired, can’t justify buying them ‘for work’ anymore. This is a wonderful card. Again. Wonderful. And fun. Really fun. Seriously wonderful and fun! em coming soon.

Anita, wow! Cinderella is my favorite princess and maybe that is where I get my love of shoes…this is just one amazing card. That sentiment should be on a stamp somewhere, right? You are so stinking talented, but you must already know that. I am in love with your card!!!
