Papertrey Ink 7th Anniversary Day 10 (Card & Envelope), CASology #82 (Bold), The Card Concept #3 (Monochromatic Pink), SSS Monday 10/2 (We Love Stamps)

Pink’s been growing on me … a lot.  P’raps as well really, bearing in mind this card and envelope …

I’m playing at the final day of Papertrey‘s 7th birthday celebrations … this time we’ve been asked to make an envelope to go along with our card.  My colour inspiration came from The Card Concept, where we’re using monochromatic pink (I think it’s a Clean and Layered style) … my offering is really really pink, so I’m also joining in with CASology‘s Bold week.  As I’ve used stamps, and We Love Stamps at Simon Says Stamp Monday, I’m linking up there too.

ETA:  I’m also linking up at Winnie & Walter’s Join In To Win, where we’re sharing cards we’ve made with their fabulous first release!

The banners and top band are from Papertrey’s Sketched Shapes, trimmed out and hung on an angled white panel.  I stamped the Winnie & Walter sentiment, lavished lots of Wink of Stella on the ‘hello’ and added some sequins.  The panel and the top band of the banner were adhered together, then I popped up the panel onto foam dots, leaving the banners to flutter freely.

I need to get a move on to get this submitted to PTI before deadline in just a few minutes … be back later!  Thanks so much for coming by, your visits and comments are always a joy!  Anita 🙂

Oh yeah!!! Fabulously vibrant and beautifully clean & layered! Absolutely in love with the ‘fluttering’ banners….adds such awesome visual appeal! The thin line of teenie chevrons does a fine job of anchoring the banners!

Three challenges…I’m calling shout-outs from all three!!!

GREAT choice of colors for the Monochromatic challenge at CCC – thanks for linking up this pretty!

Oh boy, Anita, hope you’ve cut your fishtail banners with a die and not by hand – would take hours to get them that neat by hand!!! Loving the bright pinks and the sweet sentiment!! The whole lo works so lovely and your matching envelope is great!!

Thanks so much for taking the time to comment, I really appreciate it!
