We’re only half way through our first birthday celebration at Time Out … and there’s still a whole week left to join us and be in with a chance of winning some fabulous goodies! I’m popping in with another card based on our Home Sweet Home inspiration photo …
here’s our fabulous inspiration …
If you were here last week, you’ll notice some similarities to my first card … I picked up the colours again … and a swirly sentiment to mimic the branches … but then went with a whimsical rather than graphic look. I stamped and white heat embossed some Winnie & Walter envelopes, sponged them with Distress Inks, stamped the ‘lining’ of the open one with some Clearly Besotted stripes … and added some tiny white sticker hearts to the closed flaps. The envelopes were clustered together on a white card panel, with the open one ready to ‘pour’ the sentiment out … the die cut ‘sending’ is from SSS (courtesy of and thanks to my lovely friend and fellow BABE, Geri) … and the ‘hugs & kisses’ is from Winnie & Walter. They were both heat embossed to give them a little shine. The finished panel was popped up on foam tape on the card base … and I added a coat of Wink of Stella to shimmer up the envelopes.
You may be wondering what goodies are up for grabs for our birthday challenge … the winner, as chosen by the DT, will receive a £15 Uniko Gift Voucher and a $15 STAMPlorations Gift Voucher! There will also be a random draw … with a celebration/birthday stencil pack from STAMPlorations going to the winner! So how about taking a closer peek at the Home Sweet Home photo, see how you’re inspired … and then come play along with us at Time Out, we’d love to have you! All the details are over at the Time Out blog … where there’s a ton of wonderful inspiration from our fantastic DT and our fabulous Guest Designer, Mandi … see you in the gallery!
I’m linking up with …

Those heart envelopes in bright colors are so adorable! I really hope I will find time to play with this fun inspiration picture!
Your colorful envelopes are darling! I love the stripe detail in your opened one, and the mix of sentiments is perfect!
Anita this is so sweet – love the tumbling message, and all the darling details – you certainly know how to pull them all together in a most whimsical way! I was surprised to see my name on the ‘new’ list! But whatever I’ve done differently, my info does now pre-fill for me!! Yay!

Another wonderful take on the inspiration – I bet you’re wishing someone will come up with a bisous stamp soon!
In love with your teeny envelopes, all dressed in embossed goodness and I am sure each and every one of them is filled with a heartfelt message because each one has a teeny heart placed with Anita-esque flair. Yummy glossy sentiment atop those darling envelopes that are arranged just so! I hope to play in the TO challenge…I made a card a few days ago but got some finger smudges on it last minute…
Oh, and I was thinking exactly what Ardyth said about a bisous stamp!
Have a great rest of the day friend!

Sweet. Not too much, not too little. It’s just right. Seriously cool idea, those little envelopes are such a fun and brilliant idea. They capture the shape of those frames, and I love the ‘spilled out’ sentiment. I’ve been remiss in emailing…my bad. I really hope to get to that today. Depends on the YKWs. Anyway, this is a wonderful card, and you’ve inspired another ping. Hope to play again. MISS YOU. Bisous, bisous. xoxo
