We have a delicious theme challenge for you at Time Out for the next two weeks … it’s Clean and Simple … and there’s an optional twist of black and white with a splash of just one colour … how yummy! This is what I came up with …
Yes, I know … a butterfly … not sure that’s ever happened before on one of my cards! This one’s here courtesy of my sweet friend Chriss, who sent a whole kaleidoscope of them fluttering my way last month … thanks so much again, Chriss! She (the butterfly) chose bright pink vellum for her debut ensemble … and accessorised with a touch of sparkly black Stickles … with that dramatic colour combination, how could she not be the star of the show? I staged her on a simple white (SSS die cut) panel and paired her with a crisp black sentiment (PTI) … that way her loveliness gets chance to shine!
So, what CAS delight will you come up with this time round … and will you use the twist? If you do, you’re in with a random chance of winning a US$20 gift voucher from our sponsor, CAS-ual Fridays … and as usual, our overall winner (as chosen by the DT) will be invited to be a Guest Designer for a future challenge. There’s inspiration galore over at Time Out, from our lovely and talented Guest Designer, Susanne from Keep In Touch Cards and from our wonderful DT … why not have a meander over and enjoy exploring? I do hope you’ll find time to have some fun and play along … look forward to seeing you in the gallery!
