Colour Q #313, Make The Day Special – October, WOW! Embossing Powder – October, SSS Wednesday 21/10

Hello!  For the first time in a while, I had a little time to be creative just for fun today … and made this sweet little gift bag and tag …

CQ 313, MTDS October, WOW October, SSSW 21-10It’s only 7.5cm by 10cm (3 by 4 inches) … isn’t it dinky?  I cut it with the Lawn Fawn Goodie Bag die (twice), folded along the crease lines and adhered everything together with double sided tape.  A piece of white card was heat embossed with iridescent EP and cut with a Uniko snowflake die.  The snowflake was attached to a couple of WPlus9 die cut tags and a legless brad was adhered in the middle and coated with Stickles.  I tied some twine onto the tag and wrapped it round the gift bag handle … with a yummy little something inside, of course!

My dinky bag was inspired by …

Colour Q – Going Grey, Melon Mambo, Pink Pirouette, White (my equivalent)

AWESOME gift bag. Perfect for a little treat and I love the color scheme. Apparently I don’t mind pink when it’s mixed with browns, greys and glitter. Otherwise, not a pink fan but this is Fabuous. I smell a winner.

You can never go wrong with a beautiful bag and I simply LOVE your snowflake. By the way, I had made a comment to you about the word dragonfly in Spanish and how BLAH it is in comparison to lovely French, remember? Well, Latin American is half of the world’s population so Spanish can vary at times slightly. My mom (from Mexico) said “caballete”, but I heard an alternate word for dragonfly. Libelula. It’s closer to the French word. Just cared to share. ha-ha Great bag, Anita.

Sure do love the non-traditional colors…’specially the pink snowflake! This is the second time today I have seen this cute treat bag and I’m thinking that it “could possibly” land in my next SSS cart…along with the Uniko snowflake die! Adore your ‘dinky’ little creation dear friend 🙂

How sweet is this Anita?! The only problem is, the bag is so gorgeous that the recipient will be expecting a really expensive present inside! Can’t beat a bit of pink. black and white – love the snowflake theme in these colours!

This teeny piece of art is precious! Love your choice of colours (it reminds me of Neopolitain ice cream) and the proportionally sized tag make it that more adorable!
