Uniko #22 Guest Designer – Mid Challenge Reminder

I’m delighted to be back for another week as Guest Designer over at Uniko … thanks so much to Bev, Sandie and the DT for the wonderful welcome … it’s an honour to work with you all!  Our challenge at the moment is ‘Anything Goes with the option of Masculine’ … and this time I went without the option …

Uniko 22R GD

… and went rather sweet and feminine!  I masked off the top third of the card and had fun stamping all those lovely little flowers and leaves (from Uniko’s Background Builder – Vines) … starting with the larger images first and filling in the rest as I went along.  The black strip was added to ground the stamping, I doodled in a faux dotted line with a white gel pen and added Stickles to the flower centres.  The sentiment is from Uniko’s Pure Florals – Gerbera, stamped in Versamark.

Have you played along with us already?  Would you like to … or maybe come back for second helpings (in Michele-ese!)?  The use of Uniko goodies is optional … but it would be lovely to see them … and there’s an incentive too!  There’s still plenty of time till Mr Linky closes the doors at 0800 BST on Friday 3 July (08.00 BST), so if you’re feeling creative, we’d love to have you join in!  There are generous prizes on offer … including the new Uniko Loyalty Reward Points!  All the details and tons of inspiration from the DT and my fellow GD, Melissa are over at the Uniko blog … look forward to seeing you in the gallery!

Thanks so much for coming by, your visits and comments are always a joy!  Anita 🙂

Silly me – at first glance I thought that was pattern paper. What a beautiful floral piece you have stamped! Perfect design.

Another wow card Anita! I love your beautiful feminine stamping at the top, you always make it look so perfect like it was DP. The black strips just makes your stamping pop and grounds it perfectly and I love your doodling on it. Congrats on your guest spot gig, I’m sure everyone is waiting in the wings to snatch you up! Hugs, Brenda

You have had a busy week Miss Anita. I agree with another comment that your beautiful colored paper looked like designer paper, but I should have known you would do something interesting and creative.

So soft, pretty, and dainty! Beautifully feminine – love it! You KNOW that I’m swooning over all the glorious white space and the bold black border between the white & the colors!

I’m playing catch up again (imagine that…) from work!!!

I really like how you only stamped the top half of the card and then separated it from the white with the black strip. So lovely with all the white space!!

Another rather pretty card, Miss Anita. Perfect for a lady. The small sized flowers are wonderful. I’m always looking for something like this. I did put a card in, but might have to work on a second one. Lots of birthdays coming up fast, lol! The black strip looks like ribbon. You’re so creative. Miss you and am sending hugs. Bisous, bisous

So fresh & pretty. Thought the top layer was DP, until I read the post. My goodness, what perfect stamping! The tiny multicolored flowers are so precisely done, & love the texture of the pure white bottom. The black line with the tiny white gel dots was a very clean separation & again, I’m impressed by the even spacing of the gel dots. Just a wonderful CAS. TFS & Have a great week. Hugs
